A serviced apartment in an exclusive area in Yangon. The site footprint and planning restrictions lead to the stepped angled plan on the road side with an internal courtyard. The scheme includes underground parking, car lift, roof top pool and gym. There are 10 large apartments including the clients’ duplex apartment on the 3rd and 4th floors plus a rooftop gym and pool. The full height shuttered areas are an interpretation of traditional and colonial verandas in Yangon.
